H61Y-200 H61Y-250 H61Y-320 high-voltage electric check valve branch pipe is welded structure at both ends, welding groove can be made according to standard or user requirements, suitable for high temperature and high pressure water in thermal power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgy, etc. A device for preventing backflow of the medium on the pipes of steam, oil, and superheated steam. One is the imported type that follows the ANSI B16.34 and JIS E101 standards; the other is the national standard type of the Jb3595 standard. The temperature and pressure levels they follow are consistent, and there are some interchange relationships in some pipelines. The middle part adopts the self-tightening type without valve cover pressure, and has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. There are two materials for the self-sealing ring: one is low carbon steel and the other is flexible graphite clip 316 wire (net). The sealing surface is welded to the drill-based cemented carbide. The processed pure metal layer ≥ 3mm has wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life.
 
Implementation criteria:
 
1. Design, manufacture and acceptance according to the standard of ANSI B16.34 API6D GB12236 E101 and JB/T3595, DL/T531.
2. The structural length is as specified in E101, JB/T2766, GB/T15188.1 ANSIB16.10 GB12221 or according to user requirements.
3. Pressure-temperature rating is specified in E101, JB/T3595 API598 GB9131.
4, welding groove size according to GB12224, JB/T3595, ASME B16.25 ANSIB16.25 standard or according to user piping size requirements.
 
Structural features:
 
1. The valve disc is quenched as a whole and can move up and down in the valve body. When the medium is reversed, the medium pressure and the spring automatic valve flap are closed.
2. The valve body and bonnet are die forgings.
3. The sealing surface on the valve seat is made of cobalt-based hard alloy plasma spray welding surface. Good wear resistance and scratch resistance.
4. The check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipe. The flow direction of the medium flows from bottom to top (positive flow).
