KDF Flanged Single Ball Rubber Joint
The KDF flanged rubber joint is a modified version of the KXT single sphere rubber joint according to the user's needs, which can withstand relatively greater displacement and pressure. More importantly, the pull-out condition of the single-ball rubber joint under excessive pressure is improved. The modified large-flanged rubber joint sealing surface is the same as the outer diameter of the flat-welded flange, and the sealing surface is also drilled. The rubber joint is connected to the pipe as a whole, thereby improving the stability of the rubber joint. The product has high internal density, high pressure resistance and good elastic deformation.
The KDF flanged rubber joint is composed of a fabric-reinforced rubber part and a flat joint, which is used for pipe shock absorption and noise reduction and displacement compensation. It is a pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance. Strictly in accordance with international standards and raw material quality requirements, to prevent the phenomenon of cutting corners, the environmental protection standards, that is, the raw materials of the products not only need new materials, but also need environmentally-friendly new materials.

Features

Material of rubber body can be NR natural rubber, EPDM, Neoprene, IIR butyl rubber, NBR Buna-N, FKM, etc.
2.When rubber joints size above DN200 are used for overhead water supply system, the pipes must be equipped with fixed supports or fixed brackets, otherwise control units shall be installed on rubber joints.
